Abstract submission

Those who wish to participate in any of the Conference events mentioned above, are invited to submit their relevant work, following the Guidelines for Writing Abstracts

Submission of abstracts and proposals is only available via email to either: 17sdg@diamorfosis.eu  or info@diamorfosis.eu  until 30/06/2025.

When submitting the abstract, please indicate the mode of your presentation (either face to face or online).

Submitted abstracts will undergo a double-blind evaluation process by the Conference Scientific Committee.

Guidelines for Writing Abstracts

Abstracts should not exceed 300 words. Please, indicate the thematic area the proposed announcement belongs to.

In each summary the following need to be considered:

  1. Working title: 14 pt Calibri font – use bold – 1.5 spacing – center alignment

The title of the paper is separated from the details of the author(s) by inserting two blank lines (space 1.5).

  1. Author(s): Calibri font size 11pt (pt) – single spaced – center alignment

The name of the author is written in the nominative case, with the first letter in capital, and in bold. The first name of the author is mentioned first, followed by their surname. This is followed by their title/profession, work or educational/academic institution (in lowercase letters) and their e-mail address. Please, follow the model below

In the event of several authors, their first and last names are written first, followed by their other details according to the model:

The details of the author(s) are separated from the text of the abstract by inserting two blank lines (space 1.5).

III. Abstract

The word “Abstract“, is not numbered and is written in 11-pt Calibri font, bold, 1.5 spacing, and left-aligned in the document.

Abstract text: Calibri font size 11pt (pt) – single spaced – fully aligned

Particular attention should be paid to the composition of the abstract (text should be written in a flowing language, without individual sections or paragraphs). If abbreviations are used in the abstract, they are written in full in the first reference followed by the abbreviation in parentheses.

The text of the abstract is separated from the keywords, which follow, by inserting two blank lines (space 1.5).

  1. Keywords

3 to 5 key words/phrases are listed (Calibri font size 11 – single spaced – fully aligned) as in the example below.

Keywords: education for sustainable development, experiential learning, biodiversity, primary education, digital applications

Presenters should also keep in mind the following:

  • The Scientific Committee reserves the right to suggest the paper to presented in a different format or to be put under a different thematic area.
  • Each author can participate in the Conference with a maximum of three oral presentations and one thematic symposium and/or one posted announcement, either as a single presenter or as a member of presenters.

Accepted abstracts will be published in the Conference Book of Abstracts and full papers submitted after the Conference will be published in the Conference Proceedings. Both publications will be ISBN identified.
